Mario Kart 64Edit

Mario Kart 64 features two arrangements of "Awards Ceremony (1st – 3rd Place)."

An arrangement of "Awards Ceremony (1st – 3rd Place)" serves the same purpose as in Super Mario Kart. It is titled "Awards Ceremony (1st – 3rd Place)" in the Nintendo Music app.

Another arrangement plays during the awards ceremony cutscene when placing fourth or below in a Grand Prix, titled "Awards Ceremony (4th – 8th Place)" in the Nintendo Music app. It starts off identical to "Awards Ceremony (1st – 3rd Place)," but slightly fades away before looping. It then slows down and switches to a minor key. Finally, it ends by slowing down even more before fully stopping.

Both of these arrangements were arranged by Kenta Nagata.

Mario Kart: Super CircuitEdit

Mario Kart: Super Circuit features two arrangements of "Awards Ceremony (1st – 3rd Place)," both with similar purposes to the previous games.

An arrangement of "Awards Ceremony (1st – 3rd Place)" plays when placing first, second or third in a Grand Prix.

Another arrangement plays when placing fourth in a Grand Prix. Similarly to Mario Kart 64, it starts identical to the "winning" version, slows down and stops. The instrumentation then becomes sadder and slower-paced, to represent the player losing.

Mario Kart: Double Dash!!Edit

Mario Kart: Double Dash!! features a loose, tropical-styled arrangement of "Awards Ceremony (1st – 3rd Place)" as its awards ceremony theme, which takes place on Peach Beach.

Mario Kart DSEdit

Mario Kart DS incorporates a brief arrangement of "Awards Ceremony (1st – 3rd Place)" during the cutscene in which the top 3 drivers are seen driving on Figure-8 Circuit after a Grand Prix.

Mario Kart WiiEdit

Mario Kart Wii features two arrangements of "Awards Ceremony (1st – 3rd Place)," both of which play during the awards ceremony cutscene.

The theme that plays when placing first, second or third incorporates an arrangement of "Awards Ceremony (1st – 3rd Place)." It features celebratory, marching-style instrumentation, and is titled 「上位ゴールリザルト(グランプリ・VS)」(Jōi Gōrurizaruto (Guranpuri・VS), "High Placement Results (Grand Prix & VS)") in the game's official soundtrack.

The theme that plays when placing fourth or below is a much slower-paced and sadder arrangement of "Awards Ceremony (1st – 3rd Place)" that features a flute, xylophone, and bells. It is titled 「下位ゴールリザルト(グランプリ・VS)」(Kai Gōrurizaruto (Guranpuri・VS), "Low Placement Results (Grand Prix & VS)") in the game's official soundtrack.

Mario Kart 8 / Mario Kart 8 DeluxeEdit

In Mario Kart 8 and its Nintendo Switch port, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, a brief arrangement of "Awards Ceremony (1st – 3rd Place)" is incorporated into the theme that plays in the final results screen when placing first, second or third. It was arranged by Ryo Nagamatsu, and is titled "Trophy Theme A" in the Nintendo Music app.
