Mario Kart 64 is a ball-in-a-maze keychain game created by Tenyo in 1996, presumably being the third and final Petit Maze game themed after a pre-existing game in the Super Mario franchise to be released that year. The game features artwork of Mario from the Japanese box art for the Nintendo 64 game of the same name, while the back of the maze appears to feature a cropped version of official artwork of Mario in the Pipe Frame in a yellow circle, with copyright information pertaining to Nintendo and red and blue stars surrounding said artwork.
