Front cover

Nintendo Characters: Super Mario Advance 2 is a jigsaw puzzle released by Tenyo in the early 2000s. The puzzle is themed after Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2. The puzzle features the group artwork used for the Japanese box art for Super Mario World, though the artwork of Mario and Yoshi is replaced with an updated illustration of Mario riding Yoshi while holding a Cape Feather that is unique to Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2. The Japanese logo for said game is also displayed in the top left corner. The left and right sides of the puzzle feature multiple pieces of artwork depicting the game's enemies, including Wendy, a Bob-omb, a Monty Mole, and Bowser. The puzzle consists of 70 large pieces, and has a finished size of 260 x 380 millimeters. In addition to the puzzle pieces, the puzzle also comes with a light-up character plate, which is depicted in the top right corner of the box. Said plate features the same artwork of Mario and Yoshi, though this time over what appears to be a backdrop consisting of clouds.
