Super Mario Bros. Blockbusting Card Game!! is a card game released in 1992 by Waddingtons. The game is branded after Super Mario Bros., though it featured characters appearing in Super Mario Bros. 2 and Super Mario Bros. 3 as well. The game's main goal is to collect a certain amount of coins. If two players are playing, the object of the game is to collect 45 coins (referred to as "gold coins" in the rules). If three players are playing, this goal decreases by fifteen. If four players are playing, it decreases by an additional five.

To begin, one is to separate the Mario and Luigi cards (of which there are two of each) and give one to each player. Following this, one is to shuffle the remaining cards and deal them face-down into a total of six piles. One is to then decide which player will take the first turn; following this, play will continue in a clockwise direction. The player who takes the first turn is to select any of the top cards on the six piles. They are to do so by "jumping" and touching it with their Mario or Luigi card. If this card nets the player coins, they are allowed to keep it. They are to place the card face down in front of them. If the card features an instruction for the player, they are to complete the task and place the card face-down at the bottom of any of the six piles. If the card instructs the player to put a select number of cards back, they are to place that amount of cards face-down under any of the six piles.
If the card instructs the player to give a certain number of cards to another player, the player is to allow another player to select the number of cards the card instructs to be given to that player. While the other player is selecting the cards, the player holding the cards is to hold them face-down. If the player draws a Mushroom Retainer card, it negates their ability to win the game unless they are able to give it to another player or place it at the bottom of one of the draw piles. The winner is the first player to collect the aforementioned amount of coins.

- Give 2 of your cards to any player (written on the Pirana Plant cards)
- Keep this card. You cannot win with this (written on the Mushroom Retainer card)
