New Super Mario Bros. U Coin Rush Tower[1] is a coin pusher released by Epoch in 2013. The machine is themed after New Super Mario Bros. U, and features multiple different modes. Up to four players can play, each of whom have their own coin slot.
Gameplay[edit]
To begin the game, players must first load coins onto the "Jackpot Slider". Players must then flip a switch to start the machine, after which mechanical parts (such as a rotating disc with slits) will begin moving. The object of the game is to strategically drop coins so that they land in the slits; if a coin lands in one of the slits, a "Jackpot Chance" is triggered. If players hit the jackpot, coins will come out from the Jackpot Slider, during which sound effects from New Super Mario Bros. U will play.
In addition, the following modes are available:
- Arcade Game, in which players must continue playing until the coins run out.
- Stage Clear Game, in which players must attempt to collect the most coins before a goal sound effect plays.
- 50 Coin Get Game, in which players compete to be the first to collect 50 coins.
- Red Coin Get Game, in which players compete to be the first to collect 20 Red Coins.
