Super Mario Kart Kuru Kuru Puzzle is a shampoo bottle-mix-and-match puzzle hybrid game released by Takara in the 1990s. The puzzle is themed after Super Mario Kart.

The object of the game appears to be to turn the pieces of the puzzle so that each piece (all of which feature part of a piece of artwork depicting a playable character from Super Mario Kart) is lined up.
