Mario & Luigi RPG Brothership! Daigyakuten Reversi is a board game released as furoku in the November 2024 issue of the CoroCoro Ichiban magazine. The game is themed after Mario & Luigi: Brothership, and featured artwork of Mario, Luigi, and Zokket. Additionally, a large cardboard cutout of Mario and Luigi is present on the board.

The object of the game appears to be similar to traditional Reversi, this being for one player to get all of their pieces onto the board, and to flip the other player's pieces so that they match the rest of their pieces. An official webpage published on the CoroCoro Ichiban news website notes that a trump card can "turn the tide" of the game.
