Side quests are present in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. A list of side quests are listed in the Adventure Log of the main menu, under "Side Quests". Some side quests can be completed only before a certain point in the game's story, while some have to be completed in a limited time, otherwise the player will not be able to complete them.
