Teensi Islet is a location in Mario & Luigi: Brothership, found in the central Gulchrock Sea. The islet contains no battles, having only colorful mushrooms which Mario and Luigi can jump on and a Coin Competition Block containing 1,393 coins. When all of the coins are collected, a present containing a Platinum Medallion appears.
