The ultra-sweet, super-rich cake is a key item in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. It is the main focus of the side quest of the same name.

After Mario and Luigi speak with two Concordian siblings on Desolatt Island, they find that the younger brother wants an ultra-sweet, super-rich cake. Since there is no cake shop on the island, the older sister asks the Bros. to get a cake for him. The Bros. must go to the cake shop on Lottacoins Island and select the correct two options to get the cake (which the baker gives to them for free as thanks for linking the island). If they select any wrong options, the baker states they are out of ingredients and cannot prepare it. When Mario and Luigi return to Desolatt Island and give the cake to the boy, he happily eats it and describes the flavor in great detail. The siblings thank the brothers and give them their reward, thus completing the side quest.
