This is a comprehensive list of enemy stats from the game Mario & Luigi: Brothership.

Legend[edit]

  • Name: The name of the enemy.
  • Role: The enemy's role, such as common enemy or boss.
    • Common: The enemy is a common foe. It can be battled by running into its model in the overworld or its ranged projectiles if any.
    • Boss: This is a unique enemy that must be beaten to progress. Bosses tend to be tougher than common enemies of their level.
    • Support: The enemy is only encountered during boss battles, assisting its respective boss.
    • Training: The enemy's purpose is to train the player.
  • Location: The location where the enemy is located.
  • LVL: The enemy's level, its overall strength. Mario and Luigi can easily overcome an enemy whose level they match or exceed.
  • HP: The enemy's (maximum) hit points at the start of the battle. If its HP drops to 0, the enemy is defeated.
  • POW: The enemy's attack power, or POW. A higher attack power means the enemy deals more damage.
  • DEF: The enemy's defense power, or DEF. A higher defense means the enemy takes less damage.
  • SPEED: The enemy's speed. If it has a higher speed than another unit, the enemy goes before them; otherwise, it goes after them. (For example, a Guardarm has a speed of 22 starting from when Gorumbla does his first rampage, so if it somehow was accompanied by the Conductor Island Seedle, which has a speed of 10, it would go before the Seedle in each combat round.)
  • Type: Specialist Battle Plugs the enemy takes critical damage from, as well as certain challenges that defeating the enemy counts towards. Many enemies fall under two or even three types, thus increasing damage if the right Battle Plugs are used.
    • Normal: The enemy is not affected by any specialist Battle Plugs (e.g. Seedle, Soreboar).
    • Spiked: If the enemy is spiked, Mario and Luigi will take damage from jump attacks against it. (This requires a solo or combined Hammer attack to trigger the Battle Plug; examples include Millton, Spikely, and Icead. The enemy does not necessarily need spikes; it just needs something dangerous on top of its head or above its body which would make jumping on it dangerous for the attacker, like the Magmad, which has fire instead of conventional spikes, and the Drillby, which has a drill.) The corresponding Specialist plug is Anti-Spike.
    • Flying: If the enemy is flying, it will dodge any Hammer attacks (aside from counters in certain cases). (This requires a solo or combined Jump attack to trigger the Battle Plug; examples include Parashoot, Bumbleshoot, Foopfly, and Reclusiff.) The corresponding Specialist plug is Anti-Flying.
    • Zok Troop: Applies to Zokket, his minions (Zok Troops), and the Extension Corps. The corresponding Specialist plug is Anti-Zokket; defeating these enemies counts towards the Zokket Buster challenge.
    • Bowser's army: Applies to Bowser and his minions (e.g. Koopa Troopa, Goomba, Shy Guy). The corresponding Specialist plug is Anti-Army; defeating these enemies counts towards the Minion Buster challenge.
    • Glohm: Enemies infected with Glohm (e.g. Glohm Seedle, Glohm Bowser). The corresponding Specialist plug is Anti-Glohm; defeating these enemies counts towards the Glohm Buster challenge.
  • Experience: The number of experience points earned from defeating the enemy. With the permanent Quick Leveling bonus, a 20% increase is added to the enemy's EXP amount, rounded to the nearest whole number (Ex: Glohm Seedle's EXP: 794 + 20% increase (158.8) = 952.8 = 953).
  • Coins: The number of coins dropped from the enemy.
  • Item drop(s): Possible items dropped from the enemy.
  • Notes: Any special gimmicks in the fight that are not covered by the stat block, such as the enemy not being found on the field (e.g. Invizilizard R), changing between "spiny" and "normal" (e.g. Spike Zok Trooper), producing a Glohm shockwave along the ground when destroyed (e.g. Glohm Capnap), duplicating itself (e.g. Glohm Magmad and Glohm Icead during Reclusa World), etc.
