The Suspicious Package is a key item in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. It is a package given to Mario and Luigi by a craftsman on Rumbla Island, which takes the appearance of the generic presents found throughout the game.
The package is the main focus of the side quest The Courier, in which the brothers must deliver it to a building on Lottacoins Island. On the first floor of the building, they can speak with the front desk secretaries to learn that the package is meant for the boss, who is watering plants on the third floor. When spoken to, the boss realizes he has a meeting to attend and goes to his office on the second floor, completely ignoring the brothers. Upon arriving at his office, the boss's assistant tells the brothers they are not allowed in, but the boss informs him Mario and Luigi are their guests. The assistant exits the room, and the brothers give the package to the boss and place it on a nearby desk, to which he thanks them and tells them to claim their reward from the assistant.
However, before the assistant can hand over the reward, the boss excitedly shouts, and the group and Snoutlet check in on him. It is revealed that the contents of the package were a strange sculpture of Willma created by the craftsman, which the boss praises, much to the shock of the Bros. and Snoutlet. The assistant gives the Bros a Gold Medallion and advises them not to speak of the sculpture, ending the side quest.
