The Oversized Screw is a key item in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. It is a large screw that is part of a boat belonging to a Concordian near the southern part of Bulbfish Island, who mentions he dropped it while speaking under a streetlamp. After Chilliam and Burnadette are arrested, Mario and Luigi agree to search for the screw so that the Concordian can give them some valuable information. They find the Oversized Screw by investigating a glowing spot beneath the streetlamp directly south of the home lent to them by Leyden. By giving the screw to the Concordian, he thanks the Bros. and tells them that Leyden is hiding something special somewhere in an empty house.
