The Bonding Can is a key item use by Wattanists in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. It's depicted as a blue watering can with a yellow imprint.
History[edit]
Across the seas of Concordia, Connie, the youngest Wattanist, uses her Bonding Can atop the Great Lighthouse Islands to reignite each light of Concordia.
When Reclusa takes over Fortress Zokket and transforms it into the Soli-Tree, Cozette uses her Bond with Connie and asks Mario and Luigi to take her Bonding Can, which she and Connie partially fill on Shipshape Island. She then tasks the brothers with collecting seven powerful Bonds to breach the fortress's barrier. The brothers head to the islands they had previously visited to gather Bonds from both allies and enemies they encountered.
After filling the Bonding Can with Bond energy, the brothers return to Shipshape Island before infiltrating the Soli-Tree. Before using the cannon to reach the area, Connie applies the Bonding Can to the brothers, granting them the power needed to break through the barrier.
During the first battle against Reclusa, the Mario Bros. fall victim to Weeping Reclusa's Glohm fog and are unable to continue fighting. However, with Connie once again imbuing them with the power stored in the Bonding Can, they manage to dispel the fog and continue pursuing their foe, ultimately using that power to defeat Reclusa.
In the end credits, Connie is shown using her Bonding Can in the area designated for the original Uni-Tree.
