Super Mario Pinball Game is a furoku pinball game released in an April 1994 issue of the Shōgaku Ichinensei magazine. Like most furoku games, the game is made almost entirely out of cardboard. The game is not themed after any distinct Super Mario game, instead featuring a mix of generic and original artwork of various Super Mario characters.
Details[edit]
The game appears to function as a typical pinball game, with the object of the game presumably being to obtain the most points. This is done by hitting one of the provided pink balls into one of the various pockets. (Artwork of pink balls is shown on the front of the game, while the actual balls are available in a bag on the back of the game alongside some rubber bands.[2] The largest amount of points that the player can obtain from a single pocket is 100 points. There is a singular 100-point pocket on the top left side of the game. The fewest points that the player can obtain from a single pocket is 60 points. There is a singular 60-point pocket underneath the 100-point pocket, near artwork of Yoshi.
