Guruguru Shot (Clear Blue) is the fifth of eight games released as part of the New Super Mario Bros. U Dokodemo Game Collection series. The game's playing field features artwork of Mario and Yellow Toad in their Flying Squirrel forms, in addition to artwork of coins and a Star Coin.

The object of the game is presumably either to hit the small metal ball provided into the hole in the center of the playing field, or to get the small metal ball into the pocket directly below the Star Coin.
