Mario Kart Skee Ball (referred to as Target Shoot Mario Kart on the game's webpage) is a Skee-Ball game released in 2021 by Lexibook. The game is themed after the Mario Kart series. The game uses artwork of Mario and artwork of Luigi from Mario Kart Wii and Mario Kart DS, respectively, in addition to multiple pieces of artwork depicting items from the Mario Kart series. A version of the game without Super Mario branding titled Skee ball game was also released.[2] The operations manual for this version is linked from the official webpage for Mario Kart Skee Ball.

Gameplay[edit]

The object of the game is to score as many points as possible. Getting the ball into the center hole nets the user 40 points, while the point value of each other hole decreases by a factor of ten the closer the player gets to the outside ring, which nets the user ten points. To begin the game, the player must press the "START" button, after which a sound effect will play and the 30-second timer will begin counting down. Once the timer begins counting down, users are to begin launching balls up the ramp to attempt to gain points. The game also features an LCD scoreboard, which will also depict how much time the user has left. The machine also has an automatic ball return feature.
