Super Mario Bros. Hoopla (referred to as Super Mario Bros. on the back of the box) is a ring toss game released in 1992 by Charbens Toys. The game's playing field and box feature a combination of artwork themed to Super Mario Bros. 2 and Super Mario Bros. 3.
Rules[edit]
The back of the box provides three ways to play the game.
- After standing the board upright, players must stand six feet away from the target. Small children are allowed to stand three feet away. Players then take turns throwing the provided rings one at a time onto the hooks on the playing field. The player with the highest score wins the round.
- Play continues until a player reaches a score agreed upon beforehand.
- The game can be played as a "knockout competition" by family teams, with the highest scoring member from each team progressing to the next round.
