The Dr. Mario Game is a board game released by Tiger Electronics in 1991.[1] The board game is based on the board game Operation, tasking players with removing Viruses from holes in the gameboard using metal tweezers and collecting Viruses of certain shapes and colors, with the first player to collect one of every four shapes of Virus each in four different colors being the winner. Also like Operation, if the tweezers make contact with the metal edges around the holes on the board, a buzzer sounds and their turn ends, with play passing to the player on their left.
