Players are to count how many times a certain object or character appears (with the choices being Mario, Luigi, Bowser, Mario's glove, Princess Peach, Donkey Kong, Luigi's hat, Toad, Mario's hat, and a Mushroom), and then write down on the next page how many of each object appear. Toad appears ten times, Princess Peach appears nine times, Mario appears eight times, Luigi appears seven times, Bowser and Mario's glove appear five times each, Donkey Kong and the Mushroom appear three times each, Mario's hat appears twice, and Luigi's hat appears once.
