"Fury Bowser Attacks!",[1] also known as "Attack! Fury Bowser",[2] is a theme appearing in the Bowser's Fury campaign of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury that is played during Fury Bowser's rampages. An electric guitar plays prominently throughout the piece, as well as interspersed vocals. The theme has two other variations named "Furious Fury Bowser" and "Fury Bowser's Rampage",[1] which are primarily distinguished by the intro and electric guitar section. The version that plays is dependent on the player's progress in the campaign.

The second version of the theme appears in The Super Mario Bros. Movie during a scene where Bowser announces to his army his plan to wed Princess Peach. In this appearance, the theme is played diegetically by three Koopa Troopas.

  • An arrangement of the bridge section plays when Fury Bowser appears after Mario lands in Lake Lapcat for the first time. It is titled "Fury Bowser Appears" in the Nintendo Music app.
  • A brief arrangement of "Fury Bowser Attacks!" is incorporated into the melody that plays when Fury Bowser retreats, titled "Fury Bowser Driven Back" in the Nintendo Music app.
  • An arrangement of the bridge section plays when Giga Cat Mario fights Fury Bowser, titled "Showdown: Giga Cat Mario vs. Fury Bowser!" in the Nintendo Music app. A second version of this theme, titled "A Fierce Battle: Giga Cat Mario vs. Fury Bowser!" in the Nintendo Music app, adds more vocal chants to the song and plays when Giga Cat Mario fights Fury Bowser for the final time (and every time after the game is completed).
  • An arrangement of "Fury Bowser Attacks!" is incorporated into the game's credits theme, titled "Bowser's Fury Credits" in the Nintendo Music app.

Mario Kart World[edit]

In Mario Kart World, an arrangement of "Fury Bowser Attacks!" can play exclusively during routes in VS Race. It is titled "Attack! Bowser's Fury" in the game's pause menu. This arrangement has a tempo of 158 BPM.
