Mario Kart World features five appearances of "Mario Circuit."
A full jazz band arrangement of "Mario Circuit" plays in Mario Circuit. It is based on the arrangement from the "Super Mario Bros. 30th Anniversary Live" concert series.
A transitional arrangement that includes the piano montuno pattern plays when approaching the track's starting line in Grand Prix and VS Race routes and Knockout Tour.
This transitional arrangement is then further arranged during the intro cutscene for the Special Cup, when Mario Circuit is being shown.
The original version "Mario Circuit" plays during the mission "Test yourself in a tough time trial challenge!" on Mario Circuit.
A brief arrangement of "Mario Circuit"'s intro is incorporated into the staff credits theme.
