"Dandelion Depths"[1][2] is a musical theme in Mario Kart World, where it plays when racing on the course of the same name. This theme plays in double tresillo rhythm, and briefly changes to 3
4 in the intro and ending. The main melody features an electric guitar in the A section, an accordion in the B section and a rock guitar in the C section. It is backed by a banjo, marimba, acoustic guitars, harps and strings.

Mario Kart World features the first appearance of "Dandelion Depths". A prelude arrangement of the theme, which features the banjo melody from the B section of the main track and acoustic guitar solos plays when approaching the track from a route before reaching the course's finish line. It is titled "Dandelion Depths (Intro)" in the Nintendo Music app.
A faint arrangement of the banjo part of "Dandelion Depths (Intro)" plays during the intro cutscene for the Leaf Cup, when the track is shown. It is titled "Opening (Leaf Cup)" in the Nintendo Music app.
"Dandelion Depths" is arranged twice into "Staff Credits". It first plays at around 3 minutes and 25 seconds in, with the banjo melody being quoted in call and response with "Title Theme". It later plays at 3 minutes and 58 seconds, with an arrangement of the second half of the main melody of the A section, playing alongside an arrangement of "Acorn Heights".
