"Battle Course"[1] is a musical theme in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, where it plays in the battle courses Cookie Land, Block City, Nintendo GameCube, and Pipe Plaza, as well as in Luigi's Mansion and Tilt-a-Kart in Shine Thief.

Mario Kart: Double Dash!![edit]

Mario Kart: Double Dash!! marks the first appearance of "Battle Course".

In Shine Thief, whenever the Shine Sprite is dropped on the course, a simple arrangement of "Battle Course" lacking the melody plays.

Mario Kart Wii[edit]

In Mario Kart Wii, the original version of "Battle Course" plays in GCN Cookie Land.

In Mario Kart World, an arrangement of "Battle Course" plays in Dino Dino Jungle during Battle mode. It is titled "Battle Course" in the game's pause menu.
