"Mario Bros. Circuit"[1][2] is a musical theme in Mario Kart World, where it plays when racing on the course of the same name. This theme prominently features an electric guitar and harmonica for the main melody, and strings for the harmony. It also incorporates quotes of the "Title Theme"'s ♭7̂ - 1̂- ♭7̂ - 1̂ motif in its chorus section, but adapted to fit the chord progression.

In Knockout Tour, approaching the next checkpoint causes the music to transition into a coda. This is one of four course themes to use four codas, the other three being "Airship Fortress", "Peach Stadium" and "Boo Cinema".

Mario Kart World features the first appearance of "Mario Bros. Circuit". A simple, transitional arrangement of the theme, which features brief harmonica and piano licks, plays when approaching the track from a route before reaching the course's finish line. It is titled "Mario Bros. Circuit (Intro)" in the Nintendo Music app.

An arrangement of "Mario Bros. Circuit (Intro)" plays during the intro cutscene for the Mushroom Cup when the course, Crown City, and Whistlestop Summit are being shown. It is titled "Opening (Mushroom Cup)" in the Nintendo Music app.

An arrangement of the chorus section of "Mario Bros. Circuit" is incorporated into the theme that plays when viewing replays of Knockout Tour rallies, likewise titled "Replay" in the Nintendo Music app.

The theme that plays in the trophy screen incorporates a swing arrangement of the intro of "Mario Bros. Circuit", approximately 10 seconds in. It is titled "Trophy Theme" in the Nintendo Music app.

An arrangement of the chorus section of "Mario Bros. Circuit" is incorporated 30 seconds into "Staff Credits", which plays during the game's staff credits and is a medley of various themes from the game.
