"Delfino Square"[1] is a musical theme composed by Shinobu Nagata for Mario Kart DS, where it plays in the race course of the same name.

History[edit]

Mario Kart DS[edit]

Mario Kart DS marks the first appearance of "Delfino Square". The Pianta spectators can also be heard vocalizing to the theme when the player is driving near them.

Mario Kart Wii[edit]

In Mario Kart Wii, the original version of "Delfino Square" plays in DS Delfino Square.

In Mario Kart World, an arrangement of "Delfino Square" can play in Free Roam and during routes in Grand Prix or VS Race; in Grand Prix, it is one of four themes that can play on the route from Salty Salty Speedway to Dino Dino Jungle in the Banana Cup; in VS Race, it can play on routes from beach tracks such as Koopa Troopa Beach, Peach Beach, and Salty Salty Speedway.
