The Standard TD is Toad's standard kart in Mario Kart DS. It features a blue frame, matching with Toad's vest, with an emblematic version of a Mushroom printed on the hood (unless the emblem is changed); overall, it looks almost identical to the Toad Kart from Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. It has very high acceleration and above-average drift; average weight, handling, and items; and poor speed. Its handling is tied with the Standard RB, and its drift is tied with the Standard BW.
