"Wii Maple Treeway",[1] also known as simply "Maple Treeway",[2] is a musical theme in Mario Kart Wii, where it plays in the race course of the same name.

Mario Kart Wii marks the first appearance of "Wii Maple Treeway". It is also included in the official Mario Kart Wii Platinum Soundtrack album.
The theme that plays in Bowser's Castle is a more sinister, dark wave arrangement of "Wii Maple Treeway" in minor key. It is titled 「クッパキャッスル」 (Kuppa Kyassuru) in the official Mario Kart Wii Platinum Soundtrack album.
The second half of the theme that plays during the game's staff credits quotes "Wii Maple Treeway" approximately 42 seconds in. It is titled 「スタッフロールB」 (Sutaffu Rōru B) in the official Mario Kart Wii Platinum Soundtrack album.

Mario Kart 7[edit]
In Mario Kart 7, the original version of "Wii Maple Treeway" plays in Wii Maple Treeway. A looping drum set beat is added to the instrumentation whenever the player is driving at top speed while in first place.
