"Melty Molten Galaxy"[1][2] is a musical theme composed by Mahito Yokota for Super Mario Galaxy, where it plays in the galaxy of the same name.

Super Mario Galaxy[edit]
Super Mario Galaxy marks the first appearance of "Melty Molten Galaxy", and it returns in the Nintendo Switch ports, Super Mario 3D All-Stars and Super Mario Galaxy + Super Mario Galaxy 2, for the same purpose. It is also included in the official Super Mario Galaxy Original Soundtrack album.

In The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, a brief arrangement of "Melty Molten Galaxy" arranged by Brian Tyler is incorporated in the theme that plays during the first half of the staff credits approximately 1 minute and 32 seconds in. It is titled "1up" in the film's official soundtrack.
