"Title Screen"[1] is a musical theme composed by Hirokazu Tanaka for the Nintendo Entertainment System version of Dr. Mario, where it plays in the game's title screen. This is the only musical theme in the NES version of Dr. Mario that does not appear in the Game Boy version.

Dr. Mario (Nintendo Entertainment System)[edit]
The Nintendo Entertainment System version of Dr. Mario marks the first appearance of "Title Screen", and it returns in the Classic NES Series port for the same purpose. It is also included in the official album Famicom Sound History Series: Mario the Music.
