"Title Screen"[1] is a musical theme composed by Hirokazu Tanaka for the title screen in the NES version of Dr. Mario.

Dr. Mario[edit]
Dr. Mario marks the first appearance of "Title Screen," and it returns for the same purpose in the Classic NES Series port. It is also included in the official album Famicom Sound History Series: Mario the Music.
The Game Boy version does not contain its own version of the theme.
