"Major Burrows"[1][2] is a musical theme composed by Mahito Yokota for Super Mario Galaxy, where it plays during the boss battles against Major Burrows in the Gusty Garden Galaxy and the Undergrunt Gunners in the Gold Leaf Galaxy and the Toy Time Galaxy. When Major Burrows is enraged, the theme speeds up and has a different intro.

Super Mario Galaxy[edit]

Super Mario Galaxy marks the first appearance of "Major Burrows", and it returns in the Nintendo Switch ports, Super Mario 3D All-Stars and Super Mario Galaxy + Super Mario Galaxy 2, for the same purpose. It is also included in the official Super Mario Galaxy Original Soundtrack album.

Super Mario Galaxy 2[edit]

In Super Mario Galaxy 2 and the Nintendo Switch port, Super Mario Galaxy + Super Mario Galaxy 2, the original version of "Major Burrows" plays during the boss battle against Major Burrows in the Boss Blitz Galaxy.
