New Super Mario Bros. Wii marks the first appearance of "Title Theme". It is also included in the official album Super Mario History 1985-2010. The game also features four additional arrangements of the theme.
A brief arrangement of "Title Theme" plays in the game's Wii Menu banner. This theme also incorporates the first six notes of "Ground BGM" from Super Mario Bros.
A slower-paced arrangement of "Title Theme" arranged by Ryo Nagamatsu plays during the ending cutscene when Luigi and the Toads arrive with hot air balloons. It then changes to a more faithful arrangement of the theme when Princess Peach asks Mario to tell her about his adventure.
An arrangement of "Title Theme" arranged by Ryo Nagamatsu is incorporated in the theme that plays during the game's staff credits.
A brief arrangement of "Title Theme" arranged by Kenta Nagata plays in the Game Over screen.

New Super Mario Bros. 2 features four arrangements of "Title Theme", all of which were arranged by Kenta Nagata.
A brief arrangement of "Title Theme" very similar to the Wii Menu banner arrangement from New Super Mario Bros. Wii plays when selecting the game on the Nintendo 3DS HOME Menu.
A faithful arrangement of "Title Theme" plays for the same purposes as in New Super Mario Bros. Wii.
An arrangement of "Title Theme" plays in the opening cutscene when Mario and Luigi in their Raccoon forms are flying around collecting coins.
A piano arrangement of "Title Theme" plays in the menu screen for the DLC shop in Coin Rush mode.

In The Super Mario Bros. Movie, an arrangement of "Title Theme" is incorporated in the track "Welcome to the Mushroom Kingdom", which plays during the scene of Mario entering and traveling through a Clear Pipe. It was arranged by Brian Tyler, and it is also included in the film's official soundtrack.
