"Main Theme"[1] is a musical theme in Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3, where it plays in the Rice Beach levels Course No.01, Course No.02, and Course No.06, and the Syrup Castle level Course No.37, as well as the Parsley Woods level Course No.31 after the player clears Course No.32 for the first time. This is the first musical theme to be associated with Wario in his franchise.

Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3[edit]
Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3 marks the first appearance of "Main Theme". The game also features several additional arrangements of the theme:
- An arrangement of the first four bars of "Main Theme" plays in the game's title screen.
- An arrangement of the first two bars of "Main Theme" plays after the player clears or skips the Coin Game or the Heart Game.
- A loose arrangement of "Main Theme" plays in the Rice Beach, Sherbet Land, SS Tea Cup, and Parsley Woods levels Course No.03, Course No.18, Course No.28, and Course No.34, respectively.
- A faster-paced, loose arrangement of "Main Theme" plays during all boss battles (sans the final boss).
- A slower-paced, loose arrangement of "Main Theme" plays in the Mt. Teapot levels Course No.07 and Course No.08, as well as Course No.01 and Course No.03 after the player clears Course No.05 for the first time.
- A slower-paced arrangement of "Main Theme" plays in the Sherbet Land levels Course No.14, Course No.16, and Course No.17.
- An slower-paced, ominous arrangement of "Main Theme" plays in the Mt. Teapot, Sherbet Land, and Stove Canyon levels Course No.11, Course No.15, and Course No.22, respectively.
- A slower-paced, loose arrangement of "Main Theme" plays in the Mt. Teapot level Course No.12, the Stove Canyon level Course No.24, the SS Tea Cup levels Course No.26 and Course No.29, and the Syrup Castle level Course No.39.
- An arrangement of "Main Theme" based on the boss battle theme plays in all boss levels: Course No.05, Course No.13, Course No.19, Course No.25, Course No.30, and Course No.36.
- An energetic arrangement of "Main Theme" plays in the Parsley Woods levels Course No.33 and Course No.35.
- A much slower-paced and menacing arrangement of "Main Theme" plays in the overworld map of Syrup Castle.
- Finally, a faster-paced arrangement of "Main Theme" plays during the final boss battle against Captain Syrup and the Genie in Course No.40.

Wario Land II features several arrangements of "Main Theme".
The first arrangement is heard in Turn off the alarm clock!, where is interrupted by the sound of an alarm ringing throughout the track.
Turn off the giant faucet! features a unique arrangement that includes a rising and lowering tone in the background to represent the flowing water in the level.
Defeat the giant snake has a slower-paced arrangement.
Return the hen to her nest includes a unique arrangement of the theme.
Escape from the woods! includes a unique arrangement of the theme.
Get in the Tea Cup uses a slower arrangement.
Through the thorny maze!! has a slower and choppier version of the theme.
Stop that train! (In Town) includes a modified, doubled arrangement of the theme.
