Wario again begins on the track before the train departs, where a D.D. wanders in front of the entrance just past an idle train car. The first room inside the train has cargo crates laid out across the floor with Pirate Gooms between each one. After emerging outside, the level starts auto-scrolling right as the train is moving; Wario must jump across a series of train cars until he reaches a cart that carries him to the next train car just further up. Another cart follows, which carries Wario to the door back inside where the checkpoint is found.
Guragura and more cargo crates are spread out across the room inside the train. After jumping over them and heading through the right door back outside, Wario must jump from one train car to the next without falling onto the track. Afterwards, Wario rides another cart down the track, which passes under an empty block, followed by a column and a row of blocks, forcing Wario to jump over or on top of them. The final part of the auto-scrolling portion is a series of interconnected train cars holding cargo crates, breakable blocks and D.D.s. Once Wario heads back inside, the train stops moving. After passing over the cargo crates and Pirate Gooms in the room and exiting the train, the goal door can be found already opened past the last train car and two D.D.s.
