"Cloudy Court Galaxy"[2] is a musical theme composed by Mahito Yokota for Super Mario Galaxy 2, where it plays in the Fluffy Bluff Galaxy and the Cloudy Court Galaxy.
Similarly to "Sky Station Galaxy" from the same game as well as "Enter the Galaxy" and "Egg Planet" from Super Mario Galaxy, the opening cymbal hit is synchronized to the player landing on the starting planet in both galaxies where the theme plays.

Super Mario Galaxy 2[edit]
Super Mario Galaxy 2 marks the first appearance of "Cloudy Court Galaxy", and it returns in the Nintendo Switch port, Super Mario Galaxy + Super Mario Galaxy 2, for the same purposes. It is also included in the official albums Super Mario Galaxy 2 Original Soundtrack and The 30th Anniversary Super Mario Bros. Music.
Mario Kart World[edit]
In Mario Kart World, a progressive rock arrangement of "Cloudy Court Galaxy" can play in Free Roam and on any VS Race route during the day. It is fully titled "Cloudy Court Galaxy (Super Mario Galaxy 2)" in the Nintendo Music app.

- On the Nintendo Music app, "Cloudy Court Galaxy" is labeled as "Selects", classifying it as one "of the very best tracks from the Nintendo Music library", originating from Super Mario Galaxy 2. "Cloudy Court Galaxy" shares this title with "Sky Station Galaxy" and "Starship Mario 3".
- This theme is named after the Cloudy Court Galaxy instead of the Fluffy Bluff Galaxy, despite the latter being available earlier in the game.
