"GCN DK Mountain",[1] also known as "GCN Dino Dino Jungle",[1] is a musical theme in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, where it plays in DK Mountain and Dino Dino Jungle. It includes a brief arrangement of the stage theme from Donkey Kong Jr.

In Mario Kart Wii, the original version of "GCN DK Mountain" plays in GCN DK Mountain.
Mario Kart 7[edit]
In Mario Kart 7, an arrangement of "GCN DK Mountain" plays in GCN Dino Dino Jungle. It is likewise titled "GCN Dino Dino Jungle" in the Nintendo Music app. This arrangement uses slightly different instrumentation, but it is otherwise near identical to the original. A looping drum set beat is added to the instrumentation whenever the player is driving at top speed while in first place.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe[edit]
In Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, as part of Wave 6 of the Booster Course Pass, an arrangement of "GCN DK Mountain" plays in GCN DK Mountain. It is likewise titled "GCN DK Mountain" in the Nintendo Music app. The middle verse is now backed by a flute and a more audible bass line while jungle ambience starts playing in the background of the last verse before the loop. A looping drum set beat is added to the instrumentation whenever the player is driving at top speed while in first place.

In Mario Kart World, an arrangement of "GCN DK Mountain" plays in Dino Dino Jungle. This arrangement is more intense than the original theme, featuring flutes, electric guitars, and a drum kit.
A simpler arrangement of the theme featuring repeating brief quotes of the main xylophone motif and short flute solos in between plays when approaching the course from a route in Grand Prix or Knockout Tour.
