"Snakey Chantey (Rattle Battle)",[1][2] also known as simply "Snakey Chantey"[3] or "Ship Deck 2",[4] is a musical theme composed by David Wise for Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest, where it plays in Rattle Battle and on the ship deck at the end of Glimmer's Galleon. It is a loose arrangement of "Gang-Plank Galleon" from Donkey Kong Country, most apparent in its intro.

Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest marks the first appearance of "Snakey Chantey". It is also included in the official albums Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest Original Soundtrack, Super Donkey Kong 2: Dixie & Diddy Original Sound Version, and Donkey Kong Country Trilogy.

It also appears in the Game Boy Advance remake of Donkey Kong Country 2, now titled "Snakey Shanty" in the game's sound test. This version has different instrumentation and a slightly different melody right before its loop point. Unlike the original, it only plays in Rattle Battle, with the exterior portions of Glimmer's Galleon instead being soundtracked by "Klomp's Romp".

In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, an orchestral march-like arrangement of "Snakey Chantey" arranged by Kumi Tanioka can play in any Super Smash Bros.-series and Donkey Kong-series stage. This theme also incorporates an arrangement of the last sections of "Gang-Plank Galleon" from Donkey Kong Country. It is simply titled "Snakey Chantey" in the game's sound test.
