"Mixed-Up Scramble" is a theme composed by Yoko Shimomura for Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam. It is an energetic theme composed of a lead xylophone, strings and strong percussion. It serves as the game's main battle theme just after Paper Mario joins Mario and Luigi in their adventure, replacing "Come On!" An excerpt of the theme is played when the game is selected on the Nintendo 3DS HOME Menu.

In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, "Mixed-Up Scramble" can be played on any Super Mario-themed or Super Smash Bros.-themed stage.
