Plot synopsis[edit]
Stacy plays with Goldie Marketing plushies of Mario and Luigi and a paper cut-out of Paper Mario to act out her favorite moments from Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam. The narrator says Tommy is about to "slam down" a Goomba, which confuses Stacy. After a San-ei Co., Ltd. Goomba plush is placed, Stacy makes Mario stomp on the Goomba. Tommy then places down 4 Goombas, which Stacy was upset about. Tommy tells Stacy that the narrator told him to do it. Stacy says there is now too many Goombas for Mario to jump on, and asks for the definition of a trio. Stacy remembers the Trio Attacks and asks for what that meant. Tommy tries to explain it, but the narrator interrupts him and gives out an explanation for the Trio Racquet and Trio Kite attacks while gameplay is shown. After Stacy chooses to do the Kite Attack, the narrator tells Stacy that she has not learned about Battle Cards yet. Stacy clarifies her decision to the narrator, but is interrupted by the narrator again who says Stacy would like to know what Battle Cards are even though she did not, and gives out an explanation for Battle Cards. After the explanation, Stacy makes Mario exclaim it is finally "Battle Card time", but the narrator interrupts them again, saying he thinks Tommy and Stacy would like to know about the Character Cards they can make using amiibo. Tommy tells Stacy to let him explain, as he would do it anyway. Stacy then interrupts the narrator, stating she can go on from here. Stacy decides that she will make Mario, Luigi, and Paper Mario do a trio attack first, then use a Battle Card to decrease the Goomba's health, and finally use a Character Card from her Mario amiibo. Tommy sarcastically thanks the narrator for telling Stacy how to defeat the Goombas, to which the narrator says he is welcome. The video ends with the narrator advertising the game as Stacy plays on her Nintendo 3DS and Tommy plays with the plushies.
