"Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions" is the thirtieth episode of The Play Nintendo Show on Play Nintendo's YouTube channel. This episode covers Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions.

Plot synopsis[edit]

Andrew Trego and Jenna fly out of Izzy's warp pipe and Andrew welcomes the viewer to the thirtieth episode. Balloons fly upward and celebrate, one of which Andrew grabs, to which the balloon tells him to let them go. To celebrate the milestone, Jenna says they will be talking about Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions. Andrew thinks the game is funny and mimics the way the characters talk in the game using speech bubbles that read "Princess Porch!", "SHRIMP TACO NAPS!", "JENNA BANANA TENNIS HAT!", and "Bowser poodle noodles?". Jenna tells Andrew he has no idea what he is saying, which Andrew confirms. While he does not know what he is saying, he does know they will be unboxing Goomba and Koopa Troopa amiibos later in the episode. Izzy chimes in and says they will also eat pizza cake. Andrew taps his nose as Jenna reminds Izzy earlier she told him to give them pizza or cake, which Izzy did not understand and brought pizza cake instead. Izzy says that makes a lot more sense, but Andrew asks why they would choose. The pizza cake is the subject of "The Play Nintendo Show News" segment, where Izzy says pizza cake is a great way to gross out the viewer's friends, and that they will see how it tastes after the Nintendo news. Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions is then reviewed by Jenna as Andrew eats the pizza cake. The segment, "Expert Unboxing with Frizzy: amiibo Edition" then plays, followed by The Adventures of Link and Larry the Cuckoo segment, "Disturbing the Sleeping Stable" and an Ask Izzy segment. Jenna cannot believe Andrew ate the pizza cake, which she is grossed out by. Andrew tells Jenna the cake is not going to eat itself. After the hosts tell the viewer to like, subscribe, and visit the Play Nintendo website, Andrew offers Jenna pepperoni, to which she screams and runs behind him. A dance party involving the balloons then begins.
