Myrtle is Andrew's aunt who appears in a few episodes of The Play Nintendo Show. She runs a fictional web series called "Myrtle's Mayhem", which she describes as a show that will have the viewer laughing so hard they will need "stitches".

She first appears in "Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World", when Andrew says he has been watching her show despite not knowing how to knit. Andrew claims he taught her everything she knows, but Myrtle says this happens in Andrew's dreams.

Myrtle returns in "Super Mario Odyssey Space Exploration" when Andrew tells her to give the S.S. Worthington more power by pressing the button labeled "More power", which she presses while knitting.

In "Nintendo Holiday Wish List", Myrtle appears in one scene during the dance party where she holds a present that Frizzy pops out of.

In the Frizzy's Silly amiibo Theater segment, "Bowser Jr., Can I Borrow Some...", footage of "Myrtle's Mayhem" is seen on the television Bowser Jr. is watching. The television also shows footage of "Nintendo Switch Parental Controls - Nintendo Switch Presentation 2017 Trailer".
