Sheila Pontoons is an alleged character appearing in the International Enquisitor section following the Game Boy comic Pipes is Pipes. According to the story "Telepathic Tuna!", she is a renowned psychic who has mentally communicated with several marine life. She mentions that though "[they're] very smart", it is expected, as "they're always in schools", with the picture on the right showing her using her mind to communicate to fish.
As with most other stories in the International Enquisitor, Sheila Pontoons's story, as well as herself, are most likely fabricated, given that the newspaper is a tabloid newspaper.
Naming[edit]
Sheila Pontoons's surname refers to the pontoon boat, a flat boat that relies on floats for buoyancy.
