Mayor Cook (also known as Mayor Henderson in the Macintosh version) is a character exclusive to the PC versions of Mario is Missing!, appearing as the fictional mayor of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Like all other mayors in the game, they contact Luigi via videophone upon his arrival in the city, as well as after all of the artifacts in the area have been returned to their rightful locations. In the first call, Mayor Cook informs him about the power struggle in the city.
Once all of the artifacts have been recovered, Luigi receives a second call from Mayor Cook, who thanks him for saving the city from the Koopas and wishes him luck on the rest of his adventure.
Quotes[edit]
- "Mayor Cook here. Where's your famous brother? As you can see from the leading story on the crime beat, we've got a power struggle here, Luigi. And I'm thinking you're the solution. My heavy hitter, big guns kinda thing. Koopas got something that belongs to the people. So go out there and give them what they really deserve."
