Chibi Luigi is the young version of Luigi when he went to kindergarten. As such, he resembles a smaller version of Luigi without a mustache, similar to Baby Luigi but with visible sclera. He briefly appears in the "Time Traveler" storyline of the Super Mario Kodansha manga.
After robbing Dr. Mario Nakamatsu's of his Time Machine, Bowser travels to Mario's childhood and approaches Kindergartener Mario. Promising him a lollipop, he asks him to act rude against Little Luigi and Chibi Peach, and Mario does so, punching his brother and destroying Chibi Peach's sandcastle. By doing so, the two will grow up resenting him, and Mario will have no friends in the present to help him against Bowser. Beside being bullied, Chibi Luigi has no relevant roles in the rest of the story.
