Judge Roy Bean is an alleged character and judge appearing in the International Enquisitor section following the Game Boy comic Team Play. In the story "JUDGE GIVES MAN 25,000 YEARS FOR STEALING CUPCAKE!", it is mentioned that he had sentenced former "fat thief" William Henry to 25,000 years in jail for stealing a cupcake. When asked why he sentenced William, Roy explains that he is not sure why, but explains that something about him irritated to him.
As with most other stories in the International Enquisitor, Roy's story, along with himself, are most likely fabricated, given that the newspaper is a tabloid newspaper.
