William Henry is an alleged character and former "fat thief" appearing in the International Enquisitor section following the Game Boy comic Team Play. He is the inventor of the "Steal-a-Meal" plan.
In the story "FORMER FAT THIEF REVEALS WEIGHT-LOSS SECRETS.", it says that William now looks the picture health and enjoys financial stability, though it was not always this way. William explains that, two years ago, he was a "mess", being 120 pounds overweight, when he invented the "Steal-a-Meal" plan, explaining that one can eat as much as they want as long as they steal food, adding that it is certain to reduce impulse snacking. When asked if it is dangerous, William explains that it is not, explaining, based on how the legal system is set up in the United States, there are murderers walking around on the street. William concludes by expressing his exasperation of being arrested for stealing a cupcake.
In the corresponding story "JUDGE GIVES MAN 25,000 YEARS FOR STEALING CUPCAKE!", it mentions that, on the day before his retirement, Judge Roy Bean sentenced William to 25,000 years in jail for stealing a cupcake. Roy responds that he does not why he sentenced him, but explains that something about William irritated him.
As with most other stories in the International Enquisitor, these stories, alongside William Henry, are most likely fabricated, given that the newspaper is a tabloid newspaper.
