Mayor Devotegetter (also known as Mayor Don Terry in the Macintosh version) is a character in the PC version of Mario is Missing!. They are gender-neutral, appearing to be female in the MS-DOS version and a man in the CD-ROM Deluxe reissue. Their name is a pun on "the vote getter." Mayor Devotegetter is the fictional mayor of Mexico City. Like the other mayors, Mayor Devotegetter contacts Luigi via videophone first when he arrives in the city and again once every artifact has been recovered. Later in the game, a newspaper article in Kathmandu describes them meeting with Mayor Smallburg, Mayor Schmutznikov, and the mayor of Marrakech in Montana as "The 'M' Club".

Mayor Don Terry is named after the QA Testing staff of the Macintosh version of Mario is Missing!, Mike "Don" Terry.
