The Toothache Tree Nail is one of many nails used to affix coins to the Toothache Tree in Kathmandu in order to dispel toothaches. In the DOS version of Mario is Missing!, this nail is stolen by Koopa Troopas. Without it, the tree's information booth is forced to close until Luigi returns it with a reward of 950 dollars.
