"amiibo – Tap Into the Fun!" is a video released on Play Nintendo's YouTube channel. In the video, Carl tells the viewer how to use amiibo to interact with various Nintendo 3DS games. This is first demonstrated with Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, where he taps a Mario amiibo from the Super Smash Bros. line. Since his brother Rolan owns a Nintendo 2DS that can not read amiibo, he bought a Nintendo 3DS NFC Reader Writer Accessory to tap his Link amiibo. The rest of the video showcases Nintendo 3DS games that are compatible with amiibo, including Mario Party: Star Rush, Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge, Kirby Planet Robobot, Style Savvy: Fashion Forward, Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer, and Animal Crossing: New Leaf. The video ends with Carl announcing new amiibo in the Super Mario line to release on November 4.
