Super Happy Tree (stage)
Super Happy Tree is a stage in Super Smash Bros. (where it is known as Yoshi's Island) that is heavily modeled after Yoshi's Story. It consists of a big platform with the Super Happy Tree in the background, three other smaller floating platforms above, and three clouds at the edges of the stage, which vanish when a character stands on them too long. For unknown reasons, there is a very slight height difference on the top platform of the stage. Flying Shy Guys and Goonies can occasionally be seen flying in the background, with the latter being more common. This particular stage reappears in Super Smash Bros. Melee, as an enhanced remake. Another stage entitled Yoshi's Island also appears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but its design is instead based off Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. The music of this stage reappears in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. The stage returns in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate under its current name, with some minor differences.
